Psicon is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist with expertise in Autism and ADHD to join our multi-disciplinary team. We are committed to providing the highest quality diagnostic assessments, treatment, and support for Autism, ADHD, and Mental Wellbeing.

specialist neurodevelopmental service working both privately and with various
NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. We are an independent
organisation, but most of our work is for the NHS, whom we are proud to
support. Assessments are carried out by our team of associate clinicians from a
range of clinical backgrounds, in satellite clinics across the country and
remotely. Psicon is committed to offering the best psychological support and

Job responsibilities
- Conduct NICE compliant ADHD and autism assessments for adults across our NHS, private medical insurance and self-funded services.
- For those diagnosed with ADHD, determine clinical suitability for pharmacological treatment and create bespoke treatment plans in line with NICE guidelines and company clinical protocols.
- Manage a caseload of patients undergoing titration and shared care.
- Support primary care colleagues through advice, collaboration and training.
- Provide clinical supervision for independent non-medical prescribers, including case reviews and oversight of complex cases.

- GMC-registered doctor with a valid license to practice.
- CCT in relevant field preferred, but not essential.
- Expertise and confidence in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or ADHD assessments for adults.
- Up-to-date with revalidation and appraisal processes.
- A professional who embodies our values of trust, integrity, commitment, and kindness.
- Passionate about delivering clinical excellence.
