About the Roles
Due to service growth, we are currently recruiting for three full-time administrator roles to support our NHS and private service.
For all roles, core responsibilities include:

Main duties of the job
Role 1: Administrator (Reports, Assessment Service)
As part of our reports team you will be responsible for completing all administration tasks involved from the point a patient/client has had a diagnostic (autism or ADHD) assessment to discharge from the service. The main tasks include: formatting and proof-reading a set number of clinic letters/diagnostic reports each day (checking for spelling and grammar, and formatting in line with brand guidelines), sending reports to clients/families/GPs/other professionals, and processing onwards referrals.
Role 2: Administrator (ADHD Team)
As part of the ADHD team, the main role will be administrative duties for our caseload receiving regular medication reviews and treatment. Duties include: email and telephone queries, booking appointments, processing and sending prescriptions, sending review letters to clients and GPs, working closely with GP surgeries and chasing missing documentation/blood test/EEG results etc.
Role 3: Administrator (Client Engagement Team)
As part of our client engagement team you will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients and families. You will be responsible for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. schools, GP, social services), to ensure that all individuals accessing our service are provided with the best customer experience in accordance with Psicons company goals and values.
