Research and Training Academy (GPA RaTA) is committed to promoting health

We are excited to be recruiting a full-time Research
Assistant to join GPA RaTA in making a meaningful impact on primary care
research and advancing health outcomes.
Main duties of the job
As a
Research Assistant at GPA RaTA, you will play a pivotal role in driving health
equity by strategically engaging underrepresented communities and supporting
the implementation of our Primary Care Research Strategy.
The role

and delivering research projects across our member practices

and applying research findings within practice settings

Writing: Under the guidance of the Clinical Director of GPA RaTA, preparation
of grant applications, contributing to the academy's research funding and
project initiation.
Research
Delivery: Responsible for delivering research projects across the member
practices of GPA RaTA, including facilitating research activities and ensuring
the integration and application of research findings within practice settings.
Research
Support: Responsible for assisting practices in completing research projects
where necessary, ensuring that all member practices benefit from the academy's
research initiatives.
Identify
under-served communities and provide support to research participants.
