GPA are excited to be recruiting a full time Social Prescribing Link Worker to work within our SPRING team. Part time hours will be considered.
Main duties of the job
As a SPRING Social Prescribing Link Worker, your responsibilities are diverse and rewarding, where you will:
- Initiate client contact and conduct goal-setting sessions to understand and support their needs
- Create and facilitate wellbeing groups, fostering a sense of community and connection
- Promote community engagement, empowering individuals to take control of their health journey.
