Job summary
We are
excited to be recruiting for a part time Finance Assistant to work 12-15 hours
per week. You will work flexibility
alongside the Finance Officer for General Practice Alliance (GPA).
GPA are the only primary
care provider that connects GPs and patients in the Northampton area in a time
when medical transformation is inevitable and demands fresh thinking.
You will
assist the Finance Officer to ensure that the day-to-day functions of the Finance
Department are kept up to date. Duties include using SAGE accounting package,
updating the purchase and sales ledger and general bookkeeping.
Main duties of the job
In this new, busy and varied role, you will process purchase
orders, invoices, and credit notes, set up new suppliers and accurately record
income received each week.
To apply

role and have strong attention to detail with an ability to spot numerical
error.
