Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Flexible schedule over 4 or 5 days)

Secondary: The Moorings Medical Practice
Skills Required: Asthma, COPD
Experience: Essential to have at least 2 years experience within Primary Care, particularly in chronic patient clinics
Remuneration: £42,000 - £47,000 (Experience Dependent)
