We are looking to recruit a caretaker, working part time, 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
Main duties of the job
To provide efficient and responsive support to the Buildings Coordinator in matters of General maintenance. To include manual handling duties, upkeep of building premises, General repairs & updates and health & safety checks where required.

Provide support to Buildings Co-ordinator.
Support unloading and moving deliveries.
Moving furniture when required.
General maintenance of premises.
Gardening/ Weeding.
Car Park Maintenance.
Minor repairs may include basic joinery, plumbing, painting, and general building work.
Room clearance when required.
Deep cleaning areas.
Washing of pots.
Mopping/sweeping External areas.
Ad hoc general housekeeping duties.
Comply with safe working practices and report faulty equipment & potential hazards.
Checking the fire alarm points weekly, including fire exits, door retaining devices & fire emergency lights.
Legionella checks Water temperatures.
Be on call to carry out emergency repairs outside of normal working hours.
