This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to
join Abbey Health PCN. The Operational Business Manager role exists to support the
delivery of the Abbey Health PCN agenda and play a pivotal role in the delivery
of high quality primary health care within the St Albans City and District
area. This role will be key to the success of the PCN. The post holder will be
a member of the PCN Joint Management Board and will form an integral part of
the leadership team working alongside the PCN Clinical Director, PCN Board
members and PCN Board Strategic Advisor.

Main duties of the job

The role will be central to ensuring change towards more integrated, needs-led community healthcare; delivered as part of a well-respected team and through your inventive yet strong leadership.
Coordinating the successful achievement of all
governance requirements, the PCN Operational Business Manager will work with
the PCN to translate national and local policy into meaningful changes and will
support practices to achieve improved outcomes for the local population.
The post holder will be sufficiently confident in
skills and knowledge to manage their own workload efficiently and effectively
on a daily basis. They will be focused on solutions and possess a can-do
pro-active approach
