Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, professional and experienced Practice Nurse or Nursing Associate to join our team at Marysville Medical Practice. We are flexible with regards to working days and hours and will consider all applicants, part time and full time. We are ideally looking for someone to fill at least 25-30 hours per week.
The successful applicant(s) would be working alongside our current clinical team, and will be responsible for the delivery of practice nursing services to our patient population. The role will include managing areas such as health promotion, chronic
disease management, health prevention, as well as supporting the nursing, clinical, and management
teams in achieving QOF targets, IPC and regularly reviewing clinical policy and procedure.

We are looking for someone with good primary care experience in general practice settings, and an enthusiastic team player who, as well as being patient focused, will work well with the whole practice team and maintain a friendly but professional conduct at all times.
