Job summary
We are now looking for a proactive
and enthusiastic HCA to join our nursing team. Applicants must have previous
experience in an HCA role, preferably in primary care.
The team at Crown is forward

Main duties of the job
The role will include phlebotomy, injections, wound care, urinalysis, ECGs, diabetic foot checks, suture removal, INR clinics, room stocking and ordering.
This is an interesting and fulfilling role in a forward thinking practice where nurse/HCA involvement and engagement is seen as a key aspect in our future development. We are very keen to support the successful applicant with their training and development.

About us
We are a GMS practice with 5 GP partners and two salaried GPs located on the outskirts of Taunton. Our patient list size is 10,500 and continuing to grow.
The current team includes two three Practice Nurses and one HCA. We are also currently training members of our team to be GPAs.

- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Care Certificate
- Previous experience working as an HCA

- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently
