Job summary
We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. South Grange Medical Group Practice consists of multiple sites and is a dynamic, patient-focused GP practice serving a diverse local population. We are committed to improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency through the intelligent use of data and digital solutions.
This is a key role for helping our practices to make evidence-based decisions to enhance patient care, improve access, and support NHS initiatives like QOF, IIF and Enhanced Access.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will support the practice in extracting, analysing, and reporting on clinical and operational data. you will help identify trends, monitor performance against key indicators (QOF,IIF,DES,LES), and support strategic planning and population health management.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who understands the importance of data in healthcare delivery and is motivated to make a real impact in a community setting.
About us
We are a friendly and supportive GMS practice with full complement of team. The practice consists of multiple sites across Eston and Redcar as well as work collaboratively with Woodside Surgery in Loftus.
The practice includes on site parking and has good transport links.
We have a patient list size of over 15,000.
