  • You like working closely with clinicians and being part of a leadership team
  • You're community-minded and value relationships over hierarchy
  • You're curious, open to new ideas, and interested in improving how things are done

About us

Our mission is to deliver person-focused care that is accessible, sustainable and deeply rooted in the needs of our community.

We are committed to empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health by providing compassionate support and clear instructions.

Through a holistic and inclusive approach, we strive to promote well-being, respect individual values and build lasting relationships that support better health outcomes for all.

At Mosborough Health Centre, you will be a trusted leader, problem-solver, and collaborator. We're an independent, partner-led practice with over 7000 patients, which means decisions are made locally, relationships matter, and good ideas are listened to.

You'll work with supportive GP partners who value openness, collaboration, and common sense. We trust our Practice Manager to lead, to challenge when needed, and to help us do things better, not just keep things ticking over.

Our team is close-knit, committed, and community focused. We care about our work and about each other.

We're also forward-looking. We embrace training, research, and new ways of working where they genuinely improve care and sustainability. Youll have the freedom to innovate, improve systems, and shape how the practice develops, while staying grounded in what our patients and community actually need.

If you want a role where you can build relationships, make meaningful changes, and see the impact of your work every day, this is that place.
