Job summary
Enderley Road Medical Centre is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our friendly, supportive and forward thinking practice for 24 hours per week to work as part of the Healthsense PCN from the 1st of March 2025. There may be an opportunity to transition work to full time in the future for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
We are very active within the PCN and interested in providing excellent patient care. The post-holder must be a team player and willing to engage in care planning, bringing new ideas and providing a quality service to patients. About us
The practice has a registered population of 12,300 patients with 5 partners, 3 salaried GPs as well as an extensive clinical team comprising of Practice Nurses, Paramedic, Health Care Assistants, Phlebotomist, PCN Pharmacist, PCN Physician Associate, PCN First Contact Practitioner and supported by a large team of receptionists and administrators. The practice is also an established training practice with GP Registrars, Foundation Doctors and Trainee nurse. The clinical system used by the practice is EMIS web and has a CQC rating of Good. The practice is part of the Healthsense Primary Care Network (PCN).
