This is a new and developing part-time position. The number of hours is negotiable, with a view to increasing over time, as both the practice and the role grow.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated pharmacist to take a leading role in managing our dispensary and to work collaboratively with our clinical team. The successful candidate will help us deliver an effective, efficient, and high-quality medicines management service for both our patients and our colleagues.

Undertake structured medication reviews, medicines reconciliation, and monitoring to support long-term condition management and medicines optimisation. Complete prescription signing accurately and efficiently. Carry out regular safety searches and audits to maintain high standards.

Dispensary Leadership Oversee daily dispensary operations to ensure safe, effective service delivery. Line-manage the dispensary team, offering support, supervision, and leadership. Ensure full compliance with DSQS. Develop and maintain SOPs for dispensary processes and clinical activities.

Contribute to prescribing initiatives, quality improvement work, and practice development. Support the implementation of evidence-based guidelines and clinical governance processes.
