Job summary
This position is based between Conway Medical Centre, Harehills and Church Street Surgery, Hunslet.
The post holder works under direct supervision of the Practice Nurse Lead. They will undertake tasks, including, blood pressure checks, venepuncture, ECGs and basic dressings providing highest quality care for our patients. They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, following policy and procedures.

Ordering/maintaining stock levels and control in treatment area.
Prepare and
maintain environments during and after patient care interventions
Perform new patient
registration checks
Support the
in-house services for cardiology and long-term conditions
Provide chaperone
services for patients and clinicians
Assist in raising
awareness of health and well-being, and how it can be promoted
Give accurate and
appropriate information to patients and groups within own competence
