Practice Nurse

Job summary

We are looking for a Practice Nurse with a minimum of 3 years experience in Primary Care and has skills in all of the required duties. This is an exciting opportunity to join our well-established Practice located in the centre of the market town of Witney with a list size of 12,000 patients. The value of the Practice is to offer excellent patient care.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone that ideally has 3 years experience, preferably in Primary Care, who has the knowledge, skills and with evidence of training in chronic disease management, wound care, national screening work such as cervical cytology, immunisations, travel health, family planning. You will be pivotal in supporting the Practice with its targets and maintaining our high standards of care

About us

We are a welcoming and well-respected training practice with 4 Directors, 5 salaried GPs, 3 trainees, 2 ECPs, 2 CPs, 2 current Nurses and 2 HCAs plus a phlebotomist.

We are well supported by our management, admin, and reception teams. The Practice supports future development for all staff.

We are members of a 4 Practice PCN.
