Arch Health CIC is a social
enterprise delivering primary care to homeless and vulnerably housed patients.
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to lead our new Common Ambition, patient involvement project
Common Ambition is a new, 3-year,
project funded by the Health Foundation which aims to involve patients in the
evaluation, design and delivery of health services for homeless patients in
Brighton & Hove. The focus in on ensuring patient voice and expertise is
included in the commissioning and delivery of services.
Main duties of the job
Our ideal candidate will be
a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track-record of getting things
done. They will be organised and able to manage a wide range of stakeholders to
deliver the outcomes set out in the project plan, they will also have excellent
written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyse and convey
complex information with clarity. We are looking for a leader with strong
interpersonal skills, a confident, open personality, and the ability to deliver
the project to an exceptional standard.

JOB PURPOSE
- To provide strategic leadership to the Common Ambition project
- To be responsible for all aspects of administration and operations for this project.
- To deliver the project outcomes as described in the project plan.
- To work closely with the project board and partner organisations
- To conduct research, analyse data and publish written reports
- To lead and manage a small team including peer researchers
- To promote Arch values and motivate staff.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Leader will:
- Convene and service project board meetings. Including producing agendas, taking minutes; conveying decisions etc)
- Ensure the effective delivery of all aspects of the project
- Manage relationships with all stakeholders
- Support the participation lead to ensure patients are effectively engaged throughout
- Provide support to committees and working parties which may emerge during the project
- Implement policy, procedural and administrative systems
- Handle correspondence relating to the project
- Write reports including inputting to design and dissemination
- Make presentations to small and large groups
- Support a small team and creating a positive working culture
- Manage the relationship with Health Foundation, providing timely reports and all required monitoring information
- Manage the budget
