Job summary

We are looking to recruit a Medical Administrator to join our Administration Team. Our admin team manages the entire patient pathway, managing all patient documents/referrals, transcribing dictations, preparing medical reports and handling similar correspondence.

Main duties of the job

Duties & Responsibilities:

Creating and submitting referrals, patient letters and clinical correspondence

Understanding of clinical pathways

Managing a high volume of contacts through emails, internal systems and phones, from patients, outside services and secretaries

  • Managing and reviewing medical dictations
  • Scanning medical information and uploading to the clinical system
  • Participate in weekly team meetings with management
  • Ad-hoc duties as they arise

  • Ability to work under pressure effectively
  • Be confident with dealing with multiple patients and clients daily
