Kennet and Avon Medical Partnership is a 17,500 patient
practice serving the historic towns of Marlborough and Pewsey in North East Wiltshire,
and their surrounding rural environments. Our catchment area is situated within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty intersected by the Kennet and Avon Canal.

Job responsibilities
- To provide and maintain a high quality of care for patients as well as providing assistance to the doctors and other members of the primary healthcare team.
- The duties will include all tasks normally undertaken by an experienced RN and any roles agreed between the clinician and the doctors as appropriate, having regard to current training.
- Provide a triage service to patients requesting same day urgent care, with the support of our triage team of paramedics, nurses and duty doctors.
- Undertake clinics for long term conditions and other general treatment room tasks as set out in the Job Description.

Essential
- RGN qualification
- Current NMC / HCPC registration
- Membership of the RCN or equivalent body
- Membership of a recognised medical defence organisation
Desirable
- Accredited training in chronic disease management
- Cervical cytology qualification
- Accredited training in anticoagulation management
- Non Medical Prescribing qualification
