Job summary

Andover Primary Care Network is seeking a PCN Manager to support the function and development of the PCN. This is a new and exciting role within the rapidly changing world of primary care, as we seek to make the most of the new opportunities provided by the revised GP contract.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will enable the PCN to deliver change, working with partners and stakeholders of the PCN and with community, social care and voluntary sectors. Key to the role will be the development, implementation and delivery of new services, operational management of staff, ensuring services are clinically safe and financially stable. You will work alongside the Clinical Director supported by finance, HR and practice leads.

About us

Andover PCN comprises the five practices in Andover and serves a population of over 61,000. There is a strong history of the practices working together as a cluster before the advent of the PCN in a number of joint projects. Andover PCN is recognised as a forerunner PCN within Hampshire. We currently have three staff in post and expect that number to rise to c.28 within the next five years.

Providing data analysis and monitoring as required.
