Job summary

As Patient Care Administrator you will work alongside the Workflow Lead to ensure all clinical documentation coming in to the practice is dealt with swiftly and efficient. You will be responsible for day to day delivery of practices letters, coding and document workflow.

Main duties of the job

Responsible for coding hospital letters on to patient records-Processing any work flow that comes in throughout the day. Previous GP Practice experience within a medical setting would be an advantage, though not essential. The ability to be fully flexible to work extra hours to cover for holidays and sickness is essential. The hours for this role are 25 hours per week. Monday-Friday between the hours of 7.00 -17.30. The applicant MUST be able to start at 7am when covering annual leave. We are a fully computerised Practice, so basic IT skills are required. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

About us

We are a small, friendly admin team who work alongside the reception and clinical teams to ensure smooth running of the practice. We are looking for someone who will fit into the team and who is as passionate about helping people as we are.
