Join Our Team as an Evening Doctor's Receptionist in our newly refurbished premises.
Are you an experienced receptionist with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Claremont Clinic is seeking a dedicated individual to join our bustling practice team in making a positive impact on our local community.
Position Details:
- Salary: £11.45 per hour (with a minimum of 1 years experience in a primary care setting)
- Hours:Permanent Post x 2 (afternoon/evening)- 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 1:00pm to 7:00 pm
Main duties of the job
To ensure the smooth running of the reception desk in a professional and organized manner. To be the focal point of the surgery and to act as a liaison between patients, clinicians and other members of your practice team and to provide a high standard of customer services at all times.
We would welcome applications from organised, adaptable, and friendly individuals who are keen to help us provide high levels of customer service:
- Previous GP receptionist experience required at least 1 year.
- You will have excellent communication skills with a clear and polite telephone manner.
- You will work in a polite, confidential and discreet manner, respecting patients at all times.
- You will have experience of working with the general public, being sensitive and empathic in distressing situations.
- You will be confident to work as part of a team and be able to think on your feet independently.
- Strong IT and administration skills.
Some flexibility is required as you will sometimes need to work additional/alternative hours to cover for colleagues during annual/sickness leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of our reception desk with professionalism and organization.
