Job summary
We require a part time member of staff to join our busy Reception and Administration team.
You will be required to work in a fast paced environment and learn different aspects of GP practice administration which will include: answering telephones, booking appointments, processing patient correspondence, liaising and supporting the clinical and management teams.
Main duties of the job
We are looking to enhance our team with a caring, flexible and motivated individual who has a keen interest in Reception and Administration duties.
The successful candidate must be prepared to work flexible hours, we require them to work 15 hours per week but to be able to provide regular holiday cover which could be up to 36 hours per week in total.
