Job summary

The role will be 15 hours per week Monday to Friday .

Duties will include processing workflow, ensuring all incoming correspondence, results and any other requests are distributed to the appropriate clinical Team.

Scanning and filing documents to patient records.

Checking clinical inboxes throughout the day and forwarding as appropriate .

Provide general assistance to the Practice team and project a positive friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

Accurately act on instruction within correspondence and complete actions specified .

Person Specification

Experience Essential

  • Experience in a GP surgery or similar NHS environment is preferred and desirable, although previous experience in a patient or customer facing environment with a clear focus on administrative tasks will be considered, where relevant.
