Job summary

We are looking for a Occupational Health Nurse to work alongside our HR team in supporting our staff at HMG. HMG employs over 200 staff in a clinical setting. Ideally you should have previous experience of being in a similar role, either within the NHS or in a Private Organisation and have as a minimum a Diploma in Occupational Health, but we would consider this as a development role for the right candidate, who would be willing to complete the qualification. As a caring organisation, we are looking for a person who would align to our values and provide health and wellbeing advice to our staff. Main duties of the job

The main duties of this role would be to work alongside

  • Provide an immunization service
  • Review recruitment health checks, advising HR
  • Carry our maternity risk assessments
  • Promote health and wellbeing in the organisation
  • Complete medical reports for Patients
  • Complete Return to Work for certain staff groups
  • Support staff who are sick
