Job summary

Hereford Medical Group (HMG) would like to hear from any enthusiastic and energetic Salaried GPs looking to work in a busy innovative GP practice.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake a variety of duties including face to face and telephone consultations, e-consultations, visiting patients at home and working part of our Duty Team providing on the day care for our 48,000 patients.

You will be expected to work from our five sites within Hereford (Station Medical Centre, Bobblestock Surgery, Credenhill Surgery, Quay House Medical Centre and South Wye Medical Centre).

Part of the duties will be working with our dedicated Duty Team and delivering routine care from our Practices across Hereford.

About us

We are a large training practice that is supported by a dedicated team of Allied Health Professionals (including Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists and Primary Care Practitioners) delivering care in innovative ways.

We support GP portfolio careers and encourage professional development, whilst providing support and mentorship via our twice monthly professional forum and individual mentoring.

We have recently moved into our new purpose built, modern primary care hub whilst continuing to deliver services from four other branch sites.
