Job summary
Come and join our lovely team atFellCottageSurgery in LowFell, Gateshead.We have a beautiful Grade 2 listed building in the heart of LowFell.We are looking for a 4-8 session salaried GP to work within our team.We are a friendly bunch and we have a big focus on our work life balance.We have 3 partners and 2 salaried GP, an ANP, practice nurses, HCAs and 2 pharmacists. As well as a fabulous Admin team and a dynamic Practice Manager.We also have support from Pharmicus for our discharge letters, medication reviews and prescription queries.We are a training practice with a variety of medical students (1 Partner is an undergraduate lecturer and primary care lead) , also Foundation doctors and GP Trainees ( 2 trainer GPs)We work closely with our neighbouring practices and are our part of our local PCN. Our last CQC was good.We offer additional services - Nursing Home ward rounds, coil and implant inserts and family planning clinics and minor surgery service.We all meet for coffee every day and focus on work life balance as much as possible
