Main duties of the job

What You'll Do

  • Deliver personalised care through assessments, treatment plans, and health education.
  • Manage chronic disease clinics and screening programmes (e.g. cervical cytology, vaccinations).
  • Conduct medication reviews and contribute to prescribing where appropriate.
  • Support women's health, travel advice, and immunisation services.
  • Lead on health promotion and patient education initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of infection control and clinical documentation.
  • Contribute to audits, QOF, LES/DES targets, and practice improvement plans.
