Main duties of the job
What You'll Do
- Deliver personalised care through assessments, treatment plans, and health education.
- Manage chronic disease clinics and screening programmes (e.g. cervical cytology, vaccinations).
- Conduct medication reviews and contribute to prescribing where appropriate.
- Support women's health, travel advice, and immunisation services.
- Lead on health promotion and patient education initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of infection control and clinical documentation.
- Contribute to audits, QOF, LES/DES targets, and practice improvement plans.
