Practice Nurse 30 Hours Per Week

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team for 30 hours per week.

About the Role:

As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, with a focus on long-term condition management, preventative healthcare, and health promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Long-Term Condition Management Supporting patients with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension.
• Cytology (Smear Tests) Carrying out cervical screening in line with national guidelines.
• Childhood Vaccinations Administering immunisations as per NHS schedules.
• Contraceptive Advice & Administration
• General Practice Nurse Duties

About You:

• Qualified Practice Nurse with relevant NMC registration.
• Experience in long-term condition management is essential.
• Skills in cytology, childhood immunisations, and contraception are desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient-centred approach and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
