Health Care Assistant

Job summary

We are looking for 2 motivated, friendly and experienced Health Care Assistants for 30 hours per week to join our fantastic clinical team, in delivering the highest standards to our patients.

Successful candidates may be required to work across sites on occasions, so a degree of flexibility is required, plus some extended hours and Saturdays will be expected on a rota basis at time and a third.

Main duties of the job

Observing, monitoring and recording Patient's conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, weight and height, urine testing and BP readings. Communicating with patients, relatives and carers, assisting with clinical duties via system one also personal care including infection prevention and control, health and safety, in house e-learning and attending meetings.
