The hours of work will be:
Monday - 9:00am - 6:00pm
Tuesday - 9:00am - 6:00pm
Wednesday - 9:00am - 6:00pm

Main duties of the job
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse
Practitioner (ANP) to join our multidisciplinary team in a busy, forward thinking
GP practice serving just over 11,000 patients.
The successful candidate will work autonomously within their
scope of practice to deliver high quality, patient centred care. The role
includes undertaking advanced clinical assessments, diagnosing and managing
both acute and long term conditions, and providing treatment plans, including
prescribing, in line with national and local guidance.
The ANP will run independent clinics, including same day
urgent appointments, contribute to the management of clinical demand, and
support continuity of care for patients with complex needs. Working closely
with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals, the post holder will play a
key role in service delivery, quality improvement, and clinical governance
within the practice.
Applicants must be a qualified Independent Prescriber, with
appropriate advanced clinical qualifications and experience in primary care or
an equivalent setting.

Patients will be seen within prebooked appointments, typically scheduled at twelve minute intervals, with the flexibility to accommodate additional urgent or emergency appointments as required.
The post holder will be expected to appropriately prioritise and triage patient need, undertake clinical assessments, diagnose, treat, and make referrals for investigations and secondary care services in line with practice protocols and clinical guidelines.
