ELLERGREEN MEDICAL CENTRE We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic part or full time salaried GP (number of sessions negotiable).This is a fantastic opportunity to integrate into an established and supportive team of 10 GPs, an ANP, Practice Nurses, HCAs, Practice Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and experienced administration team. We are a busy practice with over 13000 patients and are part of the North Liverpool Primary Care Network. You may be required to work flexibly across the Network. This is a fixed term contract up to end March 2025. BMA model contract. 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave (pro rata). Applications welcome from newly qualified GPs. Main duties of the job
The post-holder will make him/herself available to undertake a variety of duties some including:
Face to Face consultations
Telephone consultations
Home Visits/ Providing the Practice Duty Doctor role
Signing repeat prescriptions
Prescribing in accordance with locally agreed or national guidelines
Dealing with queries
Lab results
Reviewing Clinical Letters
Recording clear and contemporaneous I.T. based consultation notes to the agreed practice standards, including read coding
Conducting and supporting the practice with audits
