Salaried GP

Job summary

Spring Gardens Group Medical Practice is looking for a salaried GP for4-8 sessions to join our amazing team.

We offer good remuneration with at least £10,000+ per session (depending on experience), 12-minute appointments with only 14 patients per session. Minimal admin, no repeat prescriptions, no on-call, light on visits and time to have coffee daily with colleagues.

Main duties of the job

We also offer:

BMA model contract, 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave

Group practice indemnity included

Weekly practice and clinical meetings

Mentoring of salaried doctors

Dedicated paramedic home visiting team

Docman workflow and coding by admin as standard

We welcome and would support fellowship programme GPs who get allocated paid CPD time

Tier 2 Visa sponsorship practice

Training practice for GP registrars and medical students, strong links to the local training hub

Opportunity to develop a specialist interest and personal development

Clinical research champion practice

Actively involved in our large PCN supported by numerous clinicians including mental health, physios, pharmacists, physicians associates and nurse practitioners

Always another GP for support in the building

About us

We are a large (19,200 patients) one site practice set in the heart of the beautiful city of Worcester. Currently we have 8 GP partners, 4 salaried doctors and various supportive roles including ANPs and pharmacists who provide a prescription signing service. Our focus is on a supportive friendly working environment and flexibility to suit your work life balance. We offer free city centre parking, enabling us to pop out at lunchtime to shops, gym or canal walks nearby.
