We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Practice Manager with excellent leadership skills to join Bodowen Surgery.
Main duties of the job
Main duties of the job will be:
Experienced practice manager who is highly accomplished and motivated to ensure Bodowen Surgery meets its agreed business aims and objectives.
To provide effective organisational leadership, service improvement and delivery of key targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas within the surgery.
To develop a profitable, efficient and effective business.
About us
Bodowen surgery is a semi-rural dispensing practice on the North Wales coast within an hour's drive of Chester, Manchester, Liverpool and Snowdonia. We are based on a modern purpose built practice with access to a local community hospital and have a friendly team approach.
We are a very busy practice committed to the delivery of a high standard of patient care to our 8,200 patients.
We have 4 partners, 3 salaried GP's, 3 nurses, 1 health care assistant, 1 pharmacist, 7 dispensing staff and a team of receptionists and admin staff.
