We are looking for a friendly, professional Operations Practice Manager to join our team at Mullion & Constantine Group Practice.
You will be working alongside a passionate clinical and admin team with a very supportive partnership.
Our practice is patient focused and strives to deliver the highest standard of care.
Main duties of the job
The Operational Practice Manager will lead on the day-to-day operational side of running of the Practice across all four sites, working alongside our Business and Finance Manager. It is the responsibility of the Operational Practice Manger, and the Business and Finance Manager together to ensure the Practice meets its agreed objectives within a profitable, efficient, safe and effective working environment.
This includes a range of duties relating to the management of practice staff, patient management and maintenance of the four sites and sharing responsibility in promoting ED&I, SHEF, quality and continuous development, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development and ensure the organization complies with CQC regulations.
About us
Mullion and Constantine Group Practice has five partners, complemented by a team of three salaried GPs, a paramedic and a dedicated team of four nurses, supported by our HCA team.
We also have a clinical pharmacist, pharmacy technician, and two social prescribers.
The management team is supported by a fantastic administrative team ensuring smooth operations across the practice.
