Job summary

Come and join the Heart of Lincoln Medical Group and work as a Patient Care Advisor for the Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) Lincoln, a newly formed group of practices that are growing and developing their services. We are looking to recruit staff who have a real passion and drive to deliver high-quality patient-centred primary care services to our diverse, multicultural population in the centre of Lincoln for the Department that we manage within the Newly built community Diagnostic centre for Lincoln

Main duties of the job

Represent the Group as the first point of contact at the front desk at the CDC Lincoln .

Dealing with all telephone and face to face enquiries and requests.

Provide a range of administrative support including records management, referral processing, secretarial support to the group ensuring an efficient and effective service is maintained and workload prioritised.

Book appointments for patients

Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Adhere to HLMG policies and procedures.

About us

This Role is Primarily Situated within the CDC Lincoln however where there is a need you may have to work at any of the HLMG Sites

We have 3 main branches that the group operates out of :- Portland Street, Newark Road, Lincoln University
