About us
Forest Green PCN is a network of 4 GP practices, with a patient population of over 29,000, in semi-rural Gloucestershire. The PCN is committed to maximising outcomes for the PCN DES for our 4 surgeries and their patients. The surgeries include, Dockham Surgery, Drybrook, Forest Health Care and Mitcheldean. The Forest of Dean has its own unique challenges. Forest Green PCN is a new PCN formed after the split of the Forest PCN. The old PCN was a trend setter in Gloucestershire with notable firsts including combining EA with IA and we hope to continue that in Forest Green. We will be an innovative and proactive PCN with a strong compliment of ARR staff including a PCN medicines team consisting of pharmacy technicians and pharmacists, care coordinator team, childrens and family social prescribers and mental health worker. We are keen to widen this further to support patient care and practices within the available resources and workforce capacity.
