Job summary
Middleway Surgery are looking for a 5 session Salaried GP, growing to 6 sessions in the near future, with potential
for future partnership.
We are friendly, dynamic, forward
thinking and a supportive GMS practice, with above average earnings and have 4
GP partners, 1 salaried GP, 2 Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs, pharmacists, physios,
social prescribers, womens health nurse and a full comprehensive admin team.
Main duties of the job
The post will involve managing your own workload, home visits,
with duty and prescription reviews on a rota basis. We actively encourage specialist interests.
5 sessions per week, between £11k-£12k per session pa depending
on experience, starting May 2025

We work closely with our neighbouring
practices, and engage actively with our PCN Bosvena and 3 Harbours. We have good supportive working relationships
and have completed and manage many successful projects providing additional
benefits to our patients.
We are positioned in Mid-Cornwall, a 5
minute drive to the local beach and a few miles from the local fishing village
Fowey 30 minutes from Truro and an hour from Plymouth. We are also local to the Eden Project.

positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
