Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while efficiently managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical office setting.

Main duties of the job

Duties:- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy of patient data- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and scanning documents- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical records systems- Knowledge of medical terminology- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
