Job summary
Due to the ever growing population we are looking to recruit an additional Patient Care Advisor to join our enthusiastic, supportive and hard working team.
We offer 26 days annual leave pro-rata increasing to 30 days after 5 years, plus bank holidays pro-rata, £50 uniform allowance and NHS pension scheme.
The post is for 28 hours per week as stated below. From time to time additional hours will also be required to cover holiday and sickness.
Monday 8:30am – 2:30pm
Tuesday 8:30am – 5:00pm with 30 min lunch at 1.30pm
Wednesday 8:30am – 2:30pm
Friday 9:30am – 6:00pm with 30 min lunch at 12noon

Main duties of the job
The work is varied and the ideal candidate will be someone with good customer and inter-personal skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
