Main duties of the job
To operate as a member of the management team, assisting in overseeing the running of day to day functions within the practice and responsibility for the Practice in the absence of the Practice Manager.
Some of the duties include: Line Management of Reception and Admin Teams, Assisting with day to day HR issues, Patient complaints responses and other operational duties required.
