We are looking to appoint an experienced and effective Practice Manager to lead the operational and strategic management of our established NHS GP surgery. The successful candidate will work closely with the GP Partners and wider team to develop our services, support our staff, and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality care to our patient population.

Main duties of the job
The Practice Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the practice, including:
- Operational management of practice services and workflows
- Leadership, line management, recruitment, and staff development
- Oversight of practice finances and budgeting
- Coordination of clinical governance, CQC compliance, and quality improvement
- Supporting the delivery of enhanced services, QOF, and contractual requirements
- Implementing policies, procedures, and service development initiatives
- Liaison with patients, staff, external contractors, ICB, PCN and other stakeholders
