Job summary
St Austell Healthcare are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to work alongside our highly skilled multi-disciplinary team.
Training to Level 2 is preferred but not essential, however, previous HCA experience is essential.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide clinical care as
directed by the practice nurse and/or GP. Working under the supervision of a practice nurse
responsibilities will vary, involving the implementation of clinical care
packages, phlebotomy and assessment, treatment and the evaluation of patients
care.

There will be a requirement to move between our sites.
Hours to be arranged between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm Monday to Friday, with rota participation on a Saturday from 9am to 5pm.

- Urinalysis
and preparation of specimens for investigation by the pathology
laboratory.
