If you are organised, proactive, and would like to be part of a friendly and supportive practice team, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Main duties of the job

The purpose of the role is to:

  • Process prescriptions and provide an efficient and safe system of medication reviews, liaising with all relevant parties, including phone call contact with patients and other health care professionals regarding medication queries.
