Hilary Cottage Surgery is a thriving, semi-rural dispensing practice situated in the Cotswolds, offering primary care to around 7800 patients.

We are seeking a salaried GP who values patient-centered care, teamwork, and the opportunity to contribute to our supportive and friendly practice.

We are part of the South Cotswolds PCN, and based in Fairford. We currently have three partners and four salaried GPs working collaboratively within a close-knit, supportive, friendly team, and we are looking forward to expanding our team in 2026.

About us

Hilary Cottage Surgery runs a total triage service with Accurx, and we use TPPs SystmOne clinical system. We are a training practice with 7 GPs, 2 GP trainers, and 2 trainees.

We are part of the South Cotswolds PCN, and based in Fairford. We currently have three partners and four salaried GPs working collaboratively with a close-knit, supportive, and friendly team.

Most importantly, Hilary Cottage Surgery is a nice place to work, with a great team of GPs, nurses, pharmacists, phlebotomists, managers, receptionists, pharmacy technicians, HCAs, administrators and dispensers. There's about 40 of us, most of whom work part time, and we have carefully fostered and grown a working environment that cares for the team, and is a fun place to be, too.
