GP Partner and/or Salaried GP at Hilary Cottage Surgery in Fairford

Job summary

Hilary Cottage Surgery is a thriving, semi-rural dispensing practice situated in the Cotswolds, offering primary care to around patients.

We are seeking a new salaried GP or GP partner who values patient-centered care, teamwork, and the opportunity to contribute to our high-earning, supportive and friendly practice.

We are part of the South Cotswolds PCN, and based in Fairford. We currently have three partners and four salaried GPs working collaboratively with a close-knit, supportive, friendly team, and are looking to replace one of our partners, who is moving on after 15 years.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a partnership role at Hilary Cottage. Situated in a stunning location this opportunity could be a rewarding next step in the career of any GP looking to take on additional responsibilities and engage in the world of running a GP Practice. Main duties of the job

We can offer the right candidate 6 to 8 sessions as a partner, who will support the remaining two partners and 4 GPs.

We will also consider options for 2-4 sessions for a salaried GP.

Hilary Cottage Surgery runs a total triage service with Accurx, and we use TPPs SystmOne clinical system. We are a training practice with 5 GPs, 2 GP trainers currently, and 2 trainees.
