Main duties of the job

As an independent and proactive practitioner, you'll manage a diverse clinical case load within a primary care setting.

To ensure we maintain the highest standards, you'll meet all NMC requirements and work diligently within the NMC Code of Conduct, following agreed practice standards and protocols.

We believe in striving for excellence in patient care, and that's where you come in. Chronic Disease management will be a vital part of your role. Familiarity with The Quality and Outcomes Framework, LES/DES, is an element of this dynamic position.
