Job summary
Oaklands Health Centre is a well established practice in the Holme Valley providing exceptional healthcare to our practice population of around 10,500 patients. We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to provide operational and administrative support to our Practice Manager and Partners. The role is varied and fast paced and requires the individual to be an excellent organiser
Main duties of the job
- Be responsible for and oversee QOF (quality outcome framework), IIF, CQC Searches
- Chronic Disease Invites
- Ensuring checks are carried out promptly and patients needs are recorded through accurate read coding.
- To assist the Practice Manager in managing key areas such as managing day to day operational issues, providing data and information, estates, IT, telephone systems and purchase/orders
- Liaise with Data Quality Team
- Flu/Covid Campaigns
- Coding of letters
