Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated individual
to join our Epilepsy Team. This role will be primarily based at our Great Horton surgery but will
require travel to our other sites and various locations across Bradford/Airedale.

Main duties of the job
The primary focus of the role is to provide high
quality support to people with epilepsy so that they may reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will be required to work 16 hours per week.
