Fireclay
Health is looking for a 5-7 session GP to join our thriving and expanding
practice. Many of our existing GPs were trainees at the practice which reflects
our friendly, supportive, and inclusive culture.
Fireclay
places great value on teaching, training, and mentoring; you will be given an
extensive induction and newly qualified GPs will be assigned a GP mentor. We
encourage all GPs to meet at break times to discuss patient cases and very
importantly to socialise. You will be joining an organisation who care about
their staff.
Fireclay is
based in East Bristol, working from 2 purpose-built buildings and supports 24,000 patients. We are a happy and very stable team of 84 personnel, 8 GP Partners and 9 salaried GPs, 5 ANPs, 6 pharmacists, 2 physios, a physician associate,
a structured nursing team and a strong and supportive management and
non-clinical team.

1. To deliver appropriate management, treatment, and advice to patients of Fireclay Health.
2. To uphold the principles of good medical practice as stated in the GMC statement of professional values and responsibilities:
- Make the care of your patient your first concern.
- Treat every patient politely and considerately.
- Respect patients' dignity and privacy.
- Listen to patients and respect their views.
- Give patients information in a way they can understand.
- Respect the rights of patients to be fully involved in decisions about their care.
- Keep your professional knowledge and skills up to date.
- Recognise the limits of your professional competence.
- Be honest and trustworthy; respect and protect confidential information.
- Make sure that your personal beliefs do not prejudice your patients' care.
